Use a kitchen shear to separate the legs, then dry them with paper towels.&nbsp; Season the frog legs with the sea salt and the black pepper, then coat them with the flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mince the garlic, finely cut the fresh parsley and squeeze the juice of a lemon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a non-stick skillet, saut\u00e9 the frog legs in Ghee until they attain a golden color on both sides (around 5 minutes on each side).&nbsp; Remove the frog legs from the skillet and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a skillet, add the butter, garlic and parsley, and saut\u00e9 until fragrant (around \u00bd minute).&nbsp; Finally, add the fresh lemon juice and the frog legs.&nbsp; Gently mix, simmer for a minute and serve immediately.
