Animated Giant Pandas, Eccentric Creatures Feeding on Bamboo

We organize a day trip to the Wenshan District in southern Taipei.  We spend a few hours at the Taipei Zoo, an expansive terrain inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife.  The pinnacle of the day is watching an animated group of giant pandas feeding on bamboo.  The giant pandas, native to Southwest China, have white and black coloring and distinct black circles around the eyes.  They are peaceful and attractive creatures with highly developed sense of smell and powerful jaws for chewing bamboo.  It is a great pleasure to watch them rolling around and consuming bamboo stems and leaves with so much focus and energy.
