Spirituality of Tibetan People

The Tibetan Plateau is a wild, beautiful and remote area of the world.  Across the land, the Tibetan pilgrims take their spiritual journey to sacred monasteries, holy lakes, meditation caves and to ancient Lhasa.  Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, is a spiritual pilgrimage destination with astounding palaces and temples.  Traversing Tibet, we discover bountiful symbols of Tibetan Buddhism.  We observe mountains adorned with prayer flags, monks dressed in traditional red robes and Tibetan people living a simple life.  Tibet is a land of sacred symbols, spiritual devotion and spectacular scenery.
