The expedition cruise along the western coast of Greenland explores the iceberg-filled fjords and vibrant Inuit villages. Our journey to the Eqi Glacier faces an Arctic challenge when thick ice blocks the path. The ice-strengthened vessel, not an icebreaker, cannot safely traverse heavy ice fields. Staying securely out in the open water, we navigate the Zodiac boats alongside the massive, spectacular icebergs floating in the surrounding Arctic waters. We readily adapt to the changing natural environment of Greenland.
