Guangdong

The Dinghu Mountain National Nature Reserve, situated 30 minutes’ drive from Qixing Yan, is an ancient Buddhist sacred place and a popular mountain retreat.  Lovely hiking trails traverse the woodlands and overlook scenic gorges and waterfalls.  Surrounded by a lush vegetation, the Flying Waterfall is cascading into pristine green water.  The expansive nature reserve is inhabited by diverse species of animals and plants, a paradise for nature enthusiasts.  A collection of ancient Buddhist temples, such as the Qingyun Temple, is found in the vast park.  A boat excursion on the Dinghu Lake offers panoramic views of the peaceful nature.  A large cauldron is a notable landmark of the Dinghu Mountain National Nature Reserve.  Xinghu Scenic Area is a popular tourist attraction and a nature retreat.
